This Draft PR establishes the Windows automation architecture and implementation roadmap discussed for AutoControlGUI.

It adds docs/windows_automation_architecture.md covering:

  • Windows platform-layer module boundaries
  • WindowsContext / Window / UIElement / Locator / Input / Process / Clipboard API contracts
  • UIA-first deterministic automation strategy
  • DPI, multi-monitor and explicit coordinate spaces
  • ActionResult + verification direction
  • Windows Events and semantic fallback/self-healing roadmap
  • Migration rules to preserve existing wrapper/AC_* compatibility
  • First implementation wave and PR order (Core → Window → DPI → UIA → Locator → Input → Process → Shell → Verification → integration)
  • Acceptance criteria and out-of-scope boundaries

This PR is intentionally documentation/architecture-first. It does not yet replace existing Windows implementations or make breaking API changes. The next implementation PR should start with the Windows Core Contract.
