The composer scroll-containment and render-safety changesets were prose with bold headings, which broke the changelog list, and carried no primitive tags. Each change is now one tagged line, per .changeset/README.md. The nanoid changeset gains an [Attachments] line for the attachment-id change. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Rewrites three changesets already on
mainso the 0.5.3 entry in the Version Packages PR (#96) follows.changeset/README.md: one line per change, each led by its primitive tag.composer-scroll-containment.md(fix(composer): keep programmatic scrolls inside an embedded composer (CHAT-42) #93) andreact-doctor-fixes.md(perf: lazy-load Motion and fix React Doctor findings (CHAT-46) #91) were multi-paragraph prose with bold headings and no tags. Only the first line became a list item, so the rest rendered as loose paragraphs in the changelog. Each is now one line per change:[Composer],[AskUser],[Reasoning] [Steps],[Tabs].drop-nanoid.md(refactor(attachments): drop nanoid and use the blob URL as the id (CHAT-31) #95) predates the tags. Its attachment-id change is now its own[Attachments]line. No bump changes: everything is still a patch. Merging this updates #96.
