DFU support

This is about porting over the [existing implementation](https://github.com/IntergatedCircuits/USBDevice/blob/master/Class/DFU/usbd_dfu.c) - which consists of the original standard protocol, and ST's extension - to here. Nothing too complicated, and the API is satisfactory to be kept as is.
