[80] Splash screen file path

The Constants class should be the only place which holds the splash screen file path, review occurrences:

• WorkerAddModFrame,
• BookAddModFrame,
• ClientAddModFrame,
• LibraryAddModFrame,
• AboutPanel,
• BaseForm,

Remove the constant from elibrary-hibernate/Constants.
