Use consistent padding, gaps, font-sizes #16787

Description

@Maran23

After #16042 and #15721, we should now aim to use more consistent padding, gaps and font-sizes.

This will reduce the amount of CSS classes further down. But more importantly, we will have a consistent amount of space and sizes everywhere.

Another advantage: New contributors can reuse them or may not even need to do anything, it will be already correct in each scenario.

Another advantage: We could support different paddings eventually, like a 'minimal' or 'spacious' padding as a theme option.
