check_nwc_health is a versatile plugin for SNMP checks against a large list of multi-vendor network and network-attached devices. It is a perl-based module that is built per-system from a large codebase, so having this be built and included in the container is not only convenient, but one of the only reasonable/correct ways to use this module with dockerized Nagios
