Enabling apache authnz_ldap module so that it is available to administrators for use in the nagios site configuration if overriden/customized.

In our case, this container is deployed behind a proxy which adds SSL, but is not capable of providing LDAP authentication in front of Nagios, so we needed to override sites-available/nagios.conf with our own version that uses LDAP/AD for HTTP basic auth. That could not be done until the module (which was installed in the sytem) was "enabled" in the apache config hierarchy.
