hdview2 tries to lookup GEMTRD geometry for all run periods

When trying to run hdview2 over Fall 2018 evio or hddm files, I get an error message
[error] libraries/HDGEOMETRY/DGeometry.cc:2206 Unable to retrieve GEMTRD position.

It seems that it is looking for the geometry, even though the GEMTRD was not installed for this run period. Simon sees the same error message.
