  • Config edits are watched, and pause is remembered config.toml is watched from v0.25.2, so a rebind takes effect without closing the Settings window. And an app that comes back paused is exactly the "nothing gets corrected" symptom, so Troubleshooting says what it looks like and which key holds the state.

  • cookbook: Caps Lock is bindable now, and punctuation keys answer on Wayland This page said Caps Lock was out because binding it would flip the lock as well as switch the word. Half of that is still true — we watch keys and never swallow them — but 0.25.0 makes the binding work, and the answer is to take the lock off the key first. Per-desktop recipes for doing that, since every one of them keeps xkb options somewhere else. Punctuation keys were accepted by the pane and then answered to nothing on the backends that match chords themselves; they work now.

  • Correct the platform claims that had gone stale, and trim The wiki restates the platform status in its own words, so it rots on its own schedule — and a reader here cannot see the repo docs that contradict it. Everything below was true when written and had stopped being true one to six releases ago: - macOS-Setup listed Apple Silicon as unvalidated, the .app-bundle swap as never run, and the focus tracker and tooltip as missing — 0.15.0 shipped the last two, 0.19.0 reported the first two. What is actually still unmeasured (a correction under a held modifier) now says so. - Installation repeated the Apple Silicon caveat. - Troubleshooting had the key gate as Linux-only and the tooltip as Linux-only; both exist on all three platforms, opt-in off Linux. - FAQ still described update manifests as unsigned with signing "tracked in #9" — signed since 0.7.0, mandatory since 0.17.2 — and claimed the TLS stack is only in the updater, which the installers' AI feature has made untrue since 0.12.0. - FAQ and Adding-a-Language listed six bundled languages; there have been fifteen since 0.9.0. - The Settings window has ten panes, not seven. Home gains the app's mark in its heading, matching the README.

  • Replace desktop claims with what the 0.19 sweep measured The layout-switching list promised Budgie, MATE and Pantheon and omitted sway; the tooltip section said KDE Wayland had no overlay, which KWin has disproved since 0.16. Both now follow the ledger: name only desktops that were run, and say what the code probes rather than which logo the session wears.
