License clarification

LICENSE.md claims that the license of the project is MIT, however in other places the claim is that the license is commercial. Please clarify this.

Seems to have been completely rewritten with a commercial license with no explanation #3440 . The link to the license also doesn't work.

I've just switched to this library https://github.com/visgl/react-google-maps - https://www.npmjs.com/package/@vis.gl/react-google-maps .

Seems to have an MIT license and is maintained.
