Stock: Restores the Vall easter egg at 60° 5′ 10″ S 83° 46′ 48″ E
Proxima's Better Dres: Restores the Dres easter egg at 1° 57′ 18″ N 64° 8′ 33″ E
Outer Planets Mod/OPM: Restores the Eeloo easter egg at 25° 59′ 48″ N 110° 35′ 30″ E

If you know of other mods that break easter eggs, or are a mod author yourself - let me know. I built it to use Module Manager to gate patches, and be simple to add new patches.

• Stock:
  • Restores the Vall easter egg at 60° 5′ 10″ S 83° 46′ 48″ E
• Proxima's Better Dres:
  • Restores the Dres easter egg at 1° 57′ 18″ N 64° 8′ 33″ E
• Outer Planets Mod/OPM:

  • Repositions the Tekto easter egg to 0° 03' 15" N 162° 29' 25" W

Github and spacedock have different latest versions. Spacedock has 1.0.2 and github has 1.0.0. That will need to be fixed before this can be added to CKAN.
