BE-6600 Added new API commands for account switching

1. Added new API commands for account switching
   • /authentication/switch_account_list_authenticated
   • /authentication/switch_account_list_remove
   • /authentication/switch_account_from_authenticated
2. Updated the loginV3 function to have the fromSessionToken parameter which is used for account linking
3. Updated the protobuf files
4. Version bump to 16.0.84
