This demo shows the complete QuoteAI workflow, from analyzing a client message to generating a structured SEO offer proposal using AI.
Make sure Git and Node.js are installed.

cd quoteai
Navigate to the backend directory and create a .env file based on .env.example.
If you want to use the mock version without AI integration, you don't need to change anything.
If you want to enable AI integration, provide your OpenAI API key in the OPENAI_API_KEY field and set LLM_PROVIDER to openai.
The API key can be generated on the OpenAI Platform.
cd backend
cp .env.example .env
Next, create the frontend environment file:
cd ../frontend
cp .env.example .env
In the backend directory, run:
python -m venv .venv
source .venv/bin/activate
pip install -r requirements.txt
uvicorn app.main:app --reload
In another terminal, navigate to the frontend directory and run:
npm install
npm run dev
The application will be available at http://localhost:5173.
