Issue

shell commands in the documentation don't always work.

Background

I used chatgpt to search the codebase for all terminal looking commands. I asked it to cross reference https://zoo.dev/docs/developer-tools/cli/manual/zoo

Implementation

• Manually check each one.
• Fix the documentation to support the new website rendering for shell code blocks
• update any missing arguments to be able to run a sample command
