chore(sign-proxy): sync .node builds that export getLinuxSAToken

Every shipped binary was still missing the export, so acquireLinuxSignToken
hit its stale-.node branch and release builds always fell back to
acquireViaManager -- the local ESK -> SA path was dev-only dead code.
All seven targets now carry it.

Loader version bumped as the sync requires: a running Bot holds the
previous file open, so it only picks up a new .node from a fresh path.
