Drop a stale note claiming the handoffs still say JLSS

They do not. The note was written when the rename was going to stop at the
prose and leave the recorded evidence under the old name; the evidence was
renamed too, so the paragraph told contributors to expect something that is
not there -- and was the last mention of the old name in the repository.
