[Bugs] The color picker shortcuts don't stick and the setting itself becomes a keylogger..

What is the bug?

Hi, I just started using this program and so far, I like it very much, that said, I noticed 2 weird bugs with the color picker shortcuts..

1. The setting change doesn't stick, even with a restart, it goes back to "Shift+S" and

2. The setting basically becomes a keylogger, in that, it records all of my keystrokes even when the app is no longer in focus..

After I had set the tilde key to be the button that launches the color picker, and opened this request, the setting went from "0emtilde" to this:

This is what I saw after switching back to make this post..

And after restarting the program to save the changes, this is what I saw..

Please consider these bug fixes, as I think they would make this app functional.
