kumaui: the pin rides to 1c6d39e: mid-session installs get their icons

The shell the image bakes picks up the icon-index fix since bd1aff6:
an app installed mid-session lands its launcher icon now, because the
index re-walks on a miss and the dock rescans when a window matches
nothing.
