kumaui: the pin rides to bd1aff6: 0.2.0, the keybindings modal, and the multibyte table fix

The shell, greeter, Koguma and kuma-term the image bakes pick up the
kumaui work since 59cb6b2: the app binaries answer --version and are
stamped builds with an about page, Koguma gains a keybindings modal
with its Network section always showing, and a markdown table with a
multibyte cell no longer crashes the preview. kumaui's main has
carried the commit since before the bump (the pin only resolves once
the remote holds it), so CI's clone at the new ref answers.
