The changelog lists config v1.2.9 and librechat.example.yaml is v1.2.1

The file itself seems current, but the mismatch is confusing.
Unless I'm missing something this can cause users to think they have a 10 month old config and waste time searching for a version showing 1.2.9 which doesn't actually exist.
If the version number in the file isn't updated there's no simple way to know if it's 1.2.1 through 1.2.9, which is kinda the whole point of version numbers. 😉
