I would also suggest to move these dictionaries from lt_LT to lt.

Sorry Rimas, I have just seen this. As you know, LibreOffice does not use the proprietary GitHub for its development process. Please submit this through Gerrit or let me know if you’d prefer me taking care of that for you this time. Also, if you haven’t done so already, please submit a license statement for your patch to be merged. https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Development/GetInvolved

The whole dictionary is BSD-licensed (the license is distributed together with the files, as you can see from the patch), and I'm only a minor contributor to it. I don't think I did nearly enough to even mandate a license statement.
