Waterlily: Failing to import NFTs !

1. Started by clicking import NFT

2. ...then used this for “Enter the token ID”

3. ...and used this for “Address”

...it "works" but the images don't appear

Yeah that's super clunky. @eshon could you please figure out what's needed for MetaMask to "auto-display" NFTs on Filecoin? (Assuming that's possible) Probably some integration through Codefi oracles?

I think it's actually relativeky common to all wallets unless they are specifically integrated to a particular NFT heavy chain. NFT display on Metamask is a super new feature of theirs, so its still worth reaching out to see what their roadmap is for auto-display, what I currently want to investigate first though is 1. if metamask supports ipfs blobs as display images, and if so then I need to investigate whether there's an issue in the way I'm saving the NFT data. If not, then that conversation would be even more relevant and perhaps have more information. Haven't had a chance to look into and triage the issues yet though getting there!

So apparently MetaMask only supports experimental autodetection for the Ethereum chain.
