26.09.32 published: news, supported versions, wiki

The site post says what changed for somebody running SkillFishOS on an ordinary
PC: the memory the graphics part may use is no longer pinned to a fixed 6 GB
when the right figure is half the machine's RAM. It leads with that rather than
with the compute-unit parameter, which reads more alarming and costs nothing.

SECURITY.md follows what the archive actually serves, kernel 7.2.6 and apps
26.09.32, which is the whole point of that table. The GitHub wiki was still
offering 7.2.5 in six places, including a Troubleshooting command that told
people to download a file by name; it now names the version we publish.
