Independent review of exact head dc2c707 against current main e625145 (the PR base; main has not moved).
Scope: one file, blueprints/features/view_composition.blueprint.md, 2 lines changed. It is a status record only; no source, package, test or workflow change.
Checked against the repository and GitHub:
- The approved design
7a78e7eae99285174a11c62d43c1f0035658ec96and its link, and the earlier approvals and landed-SHA history, are preserved word for word. The new text is appended to the existing chain. - PR #248 merged as
e62514504f7501ef20d9cfeed319ded6159f42b6with heade3a04efdb07ba807723c18e6b865bba71f10ee8c. Review 5621359008 is an APPROVED review on that head, and the link anchor is correct. The record cites review 5621359008, not the earlier CHANGES_REQUESTED review on a prior head. - The four CI checks the record cites, 120110129854, 120109933370, 120109922242 and 120109920652, all succeeded on that head. Combined statuses are empty. A cancelled duplicate Version policy run (120109922352) is superseded by the passing run, so the "all four latest" claim holds.
- On main, the five public packages (core, components, mcp, react, react-mcp-stack) are at
0.7.6-rc.1. The Lit and Lit-stack packages are private and unversioned. The version sentence matches. - The record says only that the Lit start forwards the application's constructable stylesheets and React uses page CSS plus the stack stylesheet. The cited review says the same.
- Test counts (191 affected tests, 58 Chromium cases on the workspace build, 58 on packed builds) and the affected typechecks match the cited review of #248.
- Open items stay open: final documentation reconciliation, release qualification, named-host acceptance, publication and the hold on stable promotion. The record claims no host acceptance or publication.
- All 17 commit SHAs in the document resolve to real commits.
git diff --checkis clean. - The text is self-contained, with no private issue, task, chat or customer identifiers.
I did not rerun the runtime or browser matrix. This is a docs-only change, and the cited evidence is internally consistent. The Captain's 125 docs tests, hooks and LFS runs are on the PR; the CI checks cover the application job, which was skipped as expected for a docs-only change.
Verdict: APPROVE. Merge remains contingent on every latest required check passing at this exact head.

Record the landed branded-card qualification and Lit stylesheet forwarding at e625145, preserving the approved design and earlier implementation history. Final documentation reconciliation, release qualification and named-host acceptance remain open.
Validation: 125 documentation/boundary tests, unchanged-version policy, hook and LFS checks passed. The source PR passed independent exact-head review, 191 affected tests and 58 Chromium cases each on workspace and packed-package builds.
