The owner explicitly approved both Blueprints in #320 at 6c3638b3f372c27d12b406a0c4800ea01f93cf24, including both diagrams, on 2026-10-28. This PR records that human decision: getting-started tracks and view conversation become approved, with immutable links to the reviewed designs and diagram sources/renders.

Reconciles the Blueprint index and the partial amendments to application setup and the MCP connector. Implementation remains not started; host acceptance and the wait cadence/limit remain outstanding. This is a status-only record, with no changes to the approved design bodies, diagrams, runtime code or package versions.

Validation: confirmed the merged Blueprint and diagram contents match the approved revision; all pinned paths exist; hooks installation/check, diff whitespace check, version-policy check and LFS pointer validation passed. Blueprint length checks reported advisory warnings only. Runtime and host tests were not run for this documentation-only change.

Reviewed the full merge-base-to-head diff (base main, merge-base b4cca5a, head 76c04e7; 5 Markdown files, +12/-8). No material defects.

What I checked:

• The pinned approval revision 6c3638b exists, is an ancestor of main, and contains all six linked artifacts (both Blueprints and the .mmd/.svg/.png of both diagrams).
• The two Blueprint bodies differ from that revision only in front matter status and the Status section; design text and diagrams are untouched, so the edit is status-only as blueprints/README.md#lifecycle-and-revision-records requires.
• The pins are a prior reviewed commit, not a self-referencing SHA. Implementation stays "not started" and acceptance is recorded as open (host runs; wait cadence/limit, which the design still describes as about 1.5 s for up to a minute pending host runs).
• The partial amendments to application_setup and reusable_mcp_connector keep the unaffected contract current, and the #operations-without-a-view anchor exists in getting_started_tracks.
• The README index row matches. git diff --check is clean. Docs CI and Version policy are green; the application build job was skipped, as expected for a docs-only change.

Non-blocking: the approval itself rests on the PR description's attestation of the owner's decision in #320; that matches the README's public-safe attestation rule.
