Validates Windows ACL restrictions on Miasma secret files.
.DESCRIPTION
Creates a temporary data directory, initialises a store (creating master.key)
and saves a config with proxy credentials, then verifies that both files have
restrictive ACLs (only the current user has access, no inherited ACEs).
Exit code 0 = all checks pass. Non-zero = at least one check failed.
.NOTES
Run after building miasma-core. Uses cargo test infrastructure internally
but this script provides a human-readable summary + can be run in CI.
