I noticed today while debugging something on a user site a plugin Profilepress capabilities - which offers admin notice feature.
I like the dots showing what type of notifications are inside, so that's something we can "borrow" from that plugin for sure. Maybe use that plugin as inspiration for other improvements/features that we might want to add?
I know this is a Free plugin, however, wanted to share this with you guys.
