Improving email deliverability by changing From email address by default (WP 2FA method)

Same as we did here on WP 2FA for improved email deliverability - https://github.com/wpwhitesecurity/wp-2fa-premium/issues/2104

We need to update all our plugin's "From email address" by default, to wsal@site-domain.com

So if the website on which WSAL is installed is Stoil.com, the From email address will be by default anm@stoil.com

If the email address is already customly edited by the user - migrating the plugin to this version will not change it.
