Replace filter wsal_meta_formatter_custom_formatter with new one

We deprecated filter wsal_meta_formatter_custom_formatter in WSAL version 4.3.0 in favour of a new filter wsal_format_custom_meta that provides more flexibility.

We need to update the example plugin to reflect this change. See my comment here.
