Remove Playground from site navigation and content (#61)

The Playground was broken and causing 404 errors for visitors. Removes
  the feature from all entry points: main nav, footer menu, hero CTAs,
  pricing table, ready-section, the chat widget, and two blog post links.
  Deletes the playground content page and its layout template.
