Stat estimates from FFScouter

As we have already an integration for ff score from the ff scouter, it would be nice that we would have a setting to switch stat estimate from torn tools one to the ff scouter ones, data is already retrieved, only need to switch what’s displayed

if it's harder to implement due to how torn tools is being developed as standalone features, than maybe just include stats estimates near torn tool stats estimates instead of ability to switch them around

This is a rough build i made that makes it so that the ff gauges also add the ff-score, and then publish a listener event
This event is then picked up in the userListFilter and bountyFilter, so that we can filter based on these properties
I need to clean it up a bit, but it might be a good starting point that does not require any additional API calls
