Black screen on analog output.

When viewing the information on the OSD panel, I get 0x0 resolution for the analog output.

It does this when no (or incorrect) firmware is set. One mister is only hooked up to a TV and I had to use a config file from another mister to fix it. Screen also shows up in b/w on the MSX2 branch via svideo but shows up in full color on the MSX1 core. Core also defaults to PAL, which causes screen flipping on NTSC TVs. It should default to NTSC with NTSC set as primary. No PAL/NTSC choice on MSX2 core with some rom packs stuck with PAL despite also supporting NTSC.
