Document - Style options?

Is there any documentation on how to customize the font styles for the Document function. For example, the tool tip for Table Header Row Style says "Default is Font Size increased by 2" but gives no hints as to how to change it. There is a just a blank text field and I don't know what to type. I've tried things like "Normal" or "Aptos Regular 9" but neither of those had any effect. I've also modified my normal.dot and that's not reflecting in the output either.

You can type in one of the following:

1. A built-in style enum name from [Microsoft.Office.Interop.Word.wdBuiltinStyle], e.g. wdStyleIntenseQuote, wdStyleSubtitle, wdStyleHeading4. These are language-independent.

2. Any style name that exists in the document, matched by its localized display name — e.g. Intense Emphasis, Subtitle, or a custom style. (Careful on non-English Word: display names are localized, so Heading 1 is Rubrik 1 on a Swedish install; the wdStyle* enum names avoid that problem.)

If the name can't be resolved, the code falls back to the default header formatting: font size +2 and bold and you will see "Failed to set style: ..." in the log when that happens.
