* Adding new file for

* Preparing for GA. Many 'preview' tags removed, licensing text updated, other minor edits.

* Split the pre-existing quickstart guide out from the A2A folder. The guide is now in the Work IQ root folder and only contains enabling steps then a link to the A2A quickstart for testing with sample code.

* Fix adding (preview) tag back for TOU per CELA for now.

* Remove Work IQ custom integrations guide from this PR

This guide is not ready to ship in this PR and is excluded from the GA readiness changes.

* Expand Work IQ MCP documentation node

Add MCP conceptual coverage for the entity model, skills, and policy governance. Wire the new entity model, skills, and governance pages into the MCP table of contents.

Update the governance article to describe the broader Work IQ Rego-based policy layer, its application to MCP tool requests, the Microsoft 365 admin center control surface, default mutation guardrails, and developer considerations.

Remove preview labels from the MCP overview, tool reference, and interactive demo link. Add file-local cSpell ignores for valid MCP terms used in the Work IQ docs.
