Thanks. The combined "attachment columns or lookup columns isn't supported" phrasing is the verbatim wording in the Microsoft 365 Copilot support article Refer to specific files and more in Microsoft 365 Copilot, which is the matching surface for Agent Builder (same 20,000-item limit). To address your point about precision, I split the line and added the canonical behavior from Copilot Studio quotas and limits: the Attachments column isn't indexed or reasoned over (the list still indexes; the agent just doesn't answer from attachment contents). Updated in 8739672.

Good catch. Updated in 62727bd: the list-URL guidance now tells users to paste a direct link to the specific list (not a filtered or grouped view, which is where query parameters come from), and explicitly notes that entering a SharePoint site URL doesn't include the lists in that site — consistent with the grounding limitation above.


For OneDrive, enter a shareable link to a file or folder (for example, a URL copied from the browser or share options), not a local or relative path (for example, `C:\Users\YourName\Documents\File.xlsx`).

Select the **Attach cloud files** cloud icon in the **Knowledge** section to open the file picker. The picker displays your recently accessed SharePoint and OneDrive sites. To view more SharePoint sites, select **More places** at the bottom of the left pane. If you recently created a site, it appears after several minutes.

To browse for a SharePoint list, select **Recent lists** in the left pane of the picker, and then select the list that you want to add.
