Purpose
The unit tests of KV Client can't be run by the simu pipeline since it depends on ascend runtime environment.
Modifications
Replaced acl dependence with abstract device and stream functions.
Test
Tested unit tests and kvtest on A5, set
BUILD_UCM_ASU=ONand tested on the simu pipeline.
