since-cutoff follows the Contributor Covenant, version 2.1.
In short: be welcoming and patient, assume good intent, criticise ideas and code rather than people, and remember that many contributors are new to open source or writing in a second language. Harassment, insults and personal attacks are not accepted in issues, pull requests, discussions or any other project space.
If someone's behaviour in a project space worries you, report it privately to the maintainer, @MohammadHijjawi97, through the repository's private reporting form (choose it even though it says "vulnerability"; say in the title that it is a conduct report). You can also use GitHub's own report abuse form for content on GitHub.
Reports are read only by the maintainer and kept confidential. The maintainer may remove comments, lock threads or block accounts that break this code, following the enforcement guidelines of the Contributor Covenant.
