This project is an Excel-based Aircraft Maintenance Forecasting System designed to support aircraft maintenance planning and Continuing Airworthiness Management Organization (CAMO) activities.
The system uses a centralized Aircraft Master Database and XLOOKUP automation to provide maintenance forecasting based on:
- Flight Hours (FH)
- Flight Cycles (FC)
- Daily Utilization Rates
- Maintenance Check Intervals
The objective is to simplify maintenance planning and improve visibility of upcoming maintenance requirements.
A dedicated master table stores aircraft information including:
- Aircraft Registration
- Aircraft Type
- Current Flight Hours
- Current Flight Cycles
- Average Daily Flight Hours
- Average Daily Flight Cycles
- FH Check Intervals
- FC Check Intervals
This master database acts as a single source of truth for the entire workbook.
Aircraft information is automatically retrieved from the Aircraft Master Database using Excel XLOOKUP functions.
