ProgramAB needs to be a Service Life Cycle Listener - and modify predicates accordingly

ProgramAB should listen to when services are created, and when one is created or released, update a value in predicates.
e.g.
system.services.i01.gpt3="running"

Not sure of the path notation that should be used, but a common root for system modified values would be nice. Also, not sure of the values but "running","released" would partially follow the lifecycle values 🤷
