Revert "tmp: force docs_only=false to validate the docs build"

The temporary marker has served its purpose: build-docs ran on 885d660 and
passed, confirming both the skills link-depth fix and the dead-URL fix.

Restores src/megatron/bridge/__init__.py to its original content byte for
byte, leaving only the docs and skills changes in this PR.
