chore(deps): bump Megatron-LM main to 8c815a4c
Update the MCore main pin (.main.commit and 3rdparty/Megatron-LM)
from e30d863a6d82a3c45f2d71355dc73fbf5610967b to
8c815a4c98725726d27358847d291288b736f6bd and regenerate uv.lock with
uv 0.7.2 (uv lock --upgrade). .dev.commit is unchanged.
