Capital Projects DB Release Schedule

Steps

• Receive a notification from Data Engineering that 25 adopt is placed in the CPDB "latest" folder in Digital Ocean - 6/4/26 CPDB 26prelim is on Bytes and in the Digital Ocean location AE uses for their data flow.
• Run the "capital-planning" data-flow github action against the staging environment
• If there are errors, investigate and work with Data Engineering and the Capital Planning team to correct them
• Ask for feedback from Capital Planning on the data (by exploring https://staging-capitalprojects.nycplanningdigital.com/)
• If there are errors, investigate them and work with Data Engineering and the Capital Planning team to correct them
• Receive confirmation from Capital Planning that the data is correct
• Determine which commit is compatible with the production version of zoning-api and ensure it has a tag
• Use the latest compatible commit to run the "capital-planning" data-flow github action against the production environment
• Deploy update to About page for ae-cp-map
• Notify Capital Planning and Data engineering that data is published to production
