As a zoning stakeholder, I want to add visual station envelopes for subway and regional rail stations to the Transit basemap layer, so that station locations remain clear and readable at different zoom levels.
Acceptance Criteria
- Display station envelopes on the Transit basemap layer for both subway and regional rail stations as a pink/reddish (#FD0004) shaded “envelope” behind each station.
- Station envelopes should only be displayed when the user is zoomed in (~z16)
- Station envelopes should not display a tooltip.
