chore(sponsors): retire ApiSmart sponsorship and provider preset entry (#1532)

Remove ApiSmart from both READMEs and mark its preset deprecated so it is
no longer offered when adding a provider. The preset stays in the bundle so
providers already saved against it keep resolving defaultEnv, context
windows and image generation defaults.
