feat(desktop): localize Agent Teams and warn before enabling it

Rename the feature to 智能体团队 / 智慧體團隊 / エージェントチーム / 에이전트 팀 across the five locales, and show a shared notice (token cost, slower, not for every task) before it is turned on from Settings or armed from the composer + menu. The composer notice has a per-device 'don't remind me again' option.
