Right now I own an enterprise CRM that carries 50,000+ leads and 5,400+ quotations for 80+ users across 8 regions: marketplace lead ingestion, a five-level sales hierarchy with role-based access, bulk reassignment with a full audit trail, and the reporting that leadership actually opens.
Most of my work lives in private client repositories, so the repos here are the reusable pieces — extracted, generalised and tested in the open.

- Numbers that reconcile. A dashboard that disagrees with the screen it came from is worse than no dashboard.
- Audit trails over cleverness. The bulk update that runs in a second and explains nothing is the one that costs a week later.
- Reading the code first. Column names lie; controllers don't.
