Fix for Error: Timeout Reached

No idea if/when the dev will come back to this project, but I still find it useful.
That said, I have a few machines which would always return the "Timeout reached" error when no updates were available.
Since it uses WinGet in the background, I tried clearing/resetting the WinGet source cache, which appears to have resolved the problem. Open Command Prompt or PowerShell (need to run as admin) and send the following commands:

winget source reset --force
winget source update

UPDATE This does not appear to be a permanent fix.
