💡 What: Removed try...except blocks around self.cell_field and self.field.MMP accesses in nested spatial loops. Added explicit dynamic boundary checks using self.dim.x and self.dim.y.

🎯 Why: Out-of-bounds SWIG object lookups in CompuCell3D throw exceptions that incur significant overhead when caught inside tightly nested spatial loops.

📊 Impact: Substantially reduces overhead during ECM initialization, cell cluster creation, safe cell removal, and ECM contact checking.

🔬 Measurement: Observe faster per-MCS simulation execution time due to reduced exception handling overhead.
