What bug did you find?
When generating documentation it recreates all the configuration folders, not the result I am expecting.
What are the steps to reproduce it?
- Option 4 - Generate Documentation
- Modify something in the output project, e.g. index.md file.

The changes are lost.

to update only the reference folder, with the info of our apps
