dataset card: refresh to 98 bundles / 7 chains + count marker

The public card had drifted to 81 bundles / 4 chains while the live dataset
NullRabbit/nr-bundles-public holds 98 across 7 chains (2026-07-06 HF audit).
Update:
- 81->98 bundles, 74->91 attack (7 benign); per-chain 23 Solana / 14 Sui /
  22 IOTA / 29 Cosmos / +4 Aptos / +3 Cardano / +3 XRP.
- new chains Aptos/Cardano/XRP sections + tags; sui_h02 + iota_f10 rows.
- add 'proxy' fidelity class (6 bundles); fidelity split 17 tls-fronted /
  75 lab / 6 proxy.
- gossip_abuse now populated (sui_h02) -> all 13 taxonomy families carry
  bundles; fix cometbft_blocksync_flood family memory_amp per the manifests.
- add machine-readable <!-- nr-bundle-count: 98 --> marker that
  publish_dataset.py --card asserts against the live+staged set.

Card re-uploaded to HF (commit e5f9f08). Same content shipped there verbatim.
